Shipping Policy:
Delivery times may vary, but product will be delivered with in 5-7 working days the order & payment is confirmed.
Any orders placed Friday EVENING through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders are shipped as soon as possible.All Public Holidays are observed and may delay shipping.
Orders are shipped via courier or Speed Post.
Returns:
Nice Gems offers a 15 days return policy from the date of purchase for any UNOPENED product ordered from Nice Gems. Customers will be responsible for return freight charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
